(Includes the following dances: "The Waltz", "The Foxtrot", "Cha Cha Cha" and "Swing".) - Ballroom dancing by Garcia, including "Foxtrot", "Rhumba", "Waltz" and "Tango" - Step patterns from ballroom dances, including "Foxtrot", "Waltz", "Quickstep", "Tango", "Guacho", "The Lindy Hop", "Mazurka" (this Labanotated score is in German) and "The Twist" - Published book "American Bandstand Dances in Labanotation" by Nadia Chilkovsky.
