| Description | The bulk of this series consists of minutes of the Student Union and of the students of the Roehampton Institute of Higher Education JUC (formed 1985). It includes a small number of documents produced by other organisations and committees with which the students were involved, such as Caterers Service Advisory Group, Executive Committee, Halls of Residence Committee, and Roehampton Multi-Cultural Society. Other documents include: ballot papers; Student Union Constitution, 1952; document titled "Polytechnic Designation"; Poster "You've had more cuts than you've had hot dinners" by NUS Housing Campaign; Regulations of Senate; Report on Roehampton Institute of Continuing Education; Secretaries Report; and Whitelands College Students' Union extracts from Catering Report. Topics discussed in minutes and elsewhere include: apartheid, fascism, financial documents, Namibia, Navaho Indians, Norman Fowler, nursing studies, racism, rape, and Welfare State. All materials except the 1952 Student Union Constitution were found in a folder identified as belonging to Paul Morgan and titled "Executive Committee and Council Minutes and Agendas."
