Administrative History | The Red Shoes is a British film production from 1948 by Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger. Loosely based on the fairy tale "The Red Shoes" by Hans Christian Andersen, the film employed the Sadler's Wells Ballet Company staring Moira Shearer, Robert Helpmann and Lonide Massine with choreography by the latter two. |
