| Custodial History | This item was found with others within a hatbox labelled 'Embroideries left to Whitelands College'.
It is presumed to be course work of a student at Chelsea in the latter part of the nineteenth century. This could however be part of 5.4.10 Emma Salter collection which apparently included 'Long white dress / nightdress, elaborately stitched and trimmed with handmade lace'. |
