The proofs within the file are photocopies of printouts of a digital copy. The digital copy was annotated by a copy-editor at Taylor and Francis, and these annotations are present on the printouts. The printouts were annotated by hand, and then photocopied and the photocopies annotated by hand again [all hand-written annotations appear to have been made by Ann Hutchinson Guest or someone at the Language of Dance Centre, London].
