The file contains a photocopy of a report from a pilot study into the style and movement of Merce Cunningham. The study was conducted by Peggy Hackney, and the report was written 1968-1969. Photocopy made late-20th Century. The report includes: - An Introduction - Discussion of the movement of Merce Cunningham - Labanotated scores of exercises for the Merce Cunningham technique, including "Warm-Up", "Center", "Locomotor", "Falls", "Jumps", "Finger-Face", and "End Relaxation" As well as the report, the file includes photocopies of other labanotated scores for techniques and exercises by Merce Cunningham. These scores were written 1950s-1960s, with photocopies made late-20th Century. They include: - "Combination" - "Merce Cunningham Technique" notated by Carol Ann Egan - "Merce Cunningham Technique" notated by Judith Hogan - "Stepping and Turning Patterns" - "Merce Cunningham Technique" as taught by Carolyn Brown - "Merce Cunningham Technique" as taught by Sandra Neels
