Contains photocopies of the following:
- Published book "Methode pour Apprendre de Soi-Mesme la Choregraphie ou l'Art de Decrire et Déchiffrer les Danses par Caractères, Figures et Signes Démonstratifs" by Dupré. The book is in French and contains written descriptions and Feuillet dance notation of dances. Book published by the author and Charles Monnoyer, 1757.
- Published book "Arte de Dançar a' Franceza" by Joseph Thomas Cabreira. The book is in Portuguese and contains written descriptions and dance notation [but not Labanotation] of dances . Book published by Francisco Luiz Ameno, Lisboa [Lisbon, Portugal], 1760. (This photocopy was made from a reproduction of the book found in "Historia de Dança em Portugal" by José Sasportes, which was published by the Gulbenkian Foundation in 1970. The photocopy has been annotated with a reference for the publication it came from; annotations made late-20th Century.)
- Published book "Principes de Coregraphie ou l'Art d'Écrire et de Lire la Danse par Caractères Demonstratifs Accompagné d'un Passepied et d'une Allemande a Quatre". The book is in French and contains musical scores and Feuillet dance notation of dances. Book published by Denis, 1771.
- Published musical score and Feuillet dance notation of "Danse de Ville: Menuet de la Cour" by Mr. Gardel l'ainé and Mr. Malpied. The dance is in French. Dance published by Mr. Boüin, Melle. Castagnery, and Mr. Blaizot, Paris, [France], c1778.
- A 20th Century publication of a musical score and written description [but no dance score] of the dance "A Sailor Hornpipe" by John Durang. [The publication this dance comes from is unknown.]
- Published contredanses, dated c1770, that have been photocopied from originals held at the University of Texas, [USA]. Also includes a photocopy of a note from Ann Hutchinson Guest (dated 1979) stating where the originals of the dances are held. Contains the following contredanses (each dance is in French and comprises a written description, a musical score and dance notation [but not Labanotation]) :
