DescriptionThis series consists of coursework by unknown students of Froebel Educational Institute. Coursework includes examples of stick laying, a poster on the topic of badgers with illustrations from press cuttings, a book titled "Shell Measurements," an essay titled "Chapter Two: Vanessa Nursery School Initiative," an example of needlework in the form of cloth pouches, an anthology of presentations titled "Studies in Early Childhood Education presented by students pursuing the Certificate in Early Childhood Education" compiled by Helen McAuley, examples of mat plaiting, a booklet titled "Life Histories" with original diagrams and botanical illustrations, an accordion style booklet titled "Papercutting: Preliminary Course," a booklet titled "Roehampton Land Then and Now" with topographical maps and original illustrations and photography, a booklet containing templates for Froebel’s gifts and occupations, poems on laminated cardstock and examples of needlework on three wooden frames.
