| Description | This series consists of correspondence, research files (i.e., subject files), student reminiscences and exhibit material accumulated as the result of being Archivist for the Froebel Archive of Childhood Studies from 1988 to 2004. Research files are extensive and provide an excellent introduction to the Froebel method, the history of childhood education in the United Kingdom and the history of Froebel Educational Institute. They are organized into nine series 1) General Files, 2) Biographical Files, 3) Training Schools Files, 4) Nurseries Files, 5) FEI History Files, 6) Grove House History Files, 7) Student Reminiscences, 8) Administrative Files, and 9) Slides."
