| Description | This series consists of conference proceedings, correspondence, Management Committee minutes, National Children's Bureau research, notes by Joan Richards, photos, press cuttings and reports pertaining to the Stevanage Opportunity Class. The Stevenage Opportunity Class was a voluntary nursery class committed to the principle of using neighbourhood and parental participation to provide a community nursery to severely handicapped children under seven.
