Loose enclosed postcards of a school May Day showing Iris as an attendant; class photos in fancy or special occasion dress (different generations). Administrative History	Iris Smith (1906–1993) attended Whitelands 1925-27 and was May Queen in 1926. She began her teaching career in Liverpool. On her return to Surrey she taught in Caterham before becoming head of Ewell Infants’ School. In 1952 she opened the new Cuddington County Primary School and remained as head until her retirement in 1972. She introduced a May Day festival at Cuddington.
