| Description | This series consists of appeals for funding, building plans and rendering, and correspondence, including letters from the Mayor of Fulham, Councilor C.P. De Winter. "The Fulham Nursery School Project was still-born. It was a project which grew out of earlier projects started by Miss Lawrence for founding another nursery school when Somers Town was closed. It was related to the Esther Lawrence Association which ultimately did fund it. These files might be preserved in case any future record of FEI nursery school projects is ever written" (Eglantyne Mary Jebb, January 1951). |
