It also contains correspondence, including correspondence between the following: Doris LeCocq and Froebel Educational Institute regarding the kiln at Colet Gardens; Griffinhoofe and Brewster (lawyers and solicitors) and Frobel Education Institute regarding the bequest of Hill House at Templeton House by Miss Lawrence; Linklaters and Paines (lawyers and solicitors), on behalf of London County Council, and Froebel Education Institution regarding the land register for Trinity Church, 1957; Miss Eglantyne Mary Jebb, Colonel Peel, the Lord and Lady Lytton of Knebworth and others regarding evacuation to Knebworth and Offley; Miss Eglantyne Mary Jebb and the Metropolitan District Railway Company regarding window openings, 1906; Mr. Montefiore, Froebel Educational Institute and Waterhouse and Co (lawyers and solicitors) regarding Grove House, 1925; and Tomlin and Chitty (lawyers and solicitors) and Froebel Educational Institute regarding vacant land at Grove House, an application by Mr. Castelden to use the vacant land, and the Undeveloped Land Duty tax, described by the Finance Act 1910, 1913.
