It includes correspondence; architectural drawings, such as sketches and plans; photographs; contracts; financial statements; and invoices. Common topics pertaining to maintenance and repair include boilers, electricity, furnishings and upholstery, gas, the gymnasium, heating, kitchen and pantry equipment, storage units, telephones, and water supply.
