(The album also contains what appears to be a photograph of a painted portrait of a man and a photograph of a painted portrait of a woman; these paintings were created in the early-19th Century and then photographed in the mid- to late-19th Century.) The album was compiled in the c1880s-c1920s. The album has been annotated to give names of some of the people in the photographs; these annotations were made [by Richmal Ashbee? niece of Richmal Crompton] in the mid- to late-20th Century.
