Description[The following items were found inserted in a book in the collection: "Weatherley Parade" by Richmal Crompton.] - Correspondence sent to Richmal Crompton, regarding "Weatherley Parade", including letters from fans and from AP Watt and Son, London, [literary agents]; letters dated 1944-1948. - Notes [written by Richmal Crompton] about the ages of characters in ["Weatherley Parade"]; notes written c1940s. The notes are written on the back of a page from a typed script for a William [radio?] play; script written c1940s. [The following items were found inserted in a book in the collection: "The Musical Companion: A Compendium for All Lovers of Music" by Alfred Louis Bacharach.] - A programme for "Bromley Orchestral Concerts: Season 1939-40" held at County Hall, Bromley, [Kent]; programme made 1939. - A programme for "Bromley Orchestral Concerts: Season 1942-1943" held at the Boys' County School, Bromley, [Kent]; programme made 1942. - Notes [written by Richmal Crompton] listing pieces of music; notes written c1940s-c1960s.
